Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking number until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
